Introduction
I was shocked to see how quickly fear and selfishness dominated the American public's lives after September 11th and later after Hurricane Katrina. This made the recovery much harder and slower! This project was designed to defeat selfishness and fears!
The public did not do nearly enough in order to prevent the recession after September 11th or to rebuild New Orleans. As the result, many people - especially low income and minorities - have suffered unnecessarily. This project will provide leadership and inspiration in order to help the public overcome future crises much faster, stronger and cheaper.
The Goals
Very Ambitious Goals!
My initial goals were more about DEFEATING fears and Selfishness than economic benefits!
Boost The Economy, Prevent Mass Layoffs, Save Money, Overcome Fears and develop Bond between the people!
The situation after Crisis should improve by 105% better than before the crisis!
The goals after attack such as September 11th should be to bring the travel industry within days to a level of 105% stronger compare to before the attack and keep it at such for 5-10 weeks!
My goals after Hurricane Katrina were to start the recovery of the local travel industry by the end of 2005, and bring it by January 2006 to a level of 105% stronger compare to January 2005 and keep it stronger for at least 10 weeks.
It is important NOT to debate about the difficulty of the project. This is foolish because we do not even know the nature of a future crisis. The only concern for now is if you agree with the goals in principle. When the time will come, we will set specific goals.
Ideas
The project is mostly about values and character - not Ideas. Even so, we offer number of ideas in order to lead and inspire.

The Basic idea is to arrange for people - not money - to fill up hurt tourist locations (or services) and develop positive momentum. Then, the regular tourists will return and bring money with them.
Its principles are about character, commitment, setting ambitious goal and working together for the well of the entire community. People must care about each other in order to overcome crises. By caring, this project should be the cheapest, easiest and most beneficial project of all. The public needs to claim, support and prepare it for future use.
Those ideas are "Completely Outside the Box" and completely different from those solutions offered by the mainstream government, media, politicians and the academia. It is essential that the public will take the initiative and NOT wait for the government.
Working Together
The public MUST work together in order to overcome crises. Each member needs to contribute a little for the best of the community.
The combine LITTLE contribution of each member will provide GREAT results!
Israelis overcome crises NOT by big marketing budget and expansive programs but rather by simply people being patriots, taking personal responsibilities and treating the nation's problems with care and with a lot of goodness. This is what this project is all about.
It is Easy!
Once there is the will, the project is actually very easy. Most of the ideas have been used in Israel naturally hardly without any notice or any budget.
Many times big budget are required to solve problems in order to cover-up for poor leadership and lack of care. Good leadership and healthy and caring attitude will achieve MUCH MORE with smaller budget at much EASE!

Why Nonprofit?
Ironically, I was the last one to agree that this project should be promoted by a Non profit. For years I insisted that the government and Travel Bureaus should take charge. So what made me change my mind?
The Budget
There is a difference between the budget of the project and the budget of the organization. Surprisingly, the organization's budget should be VERY small relative to the benefit the project will provide.
Most charities operate by asking for the money with promises that they will solve the problem. This project is different because we inspire the public to solve the problem DIRECTLY without paying us commission, royalty for copyrights or purchasing any gadgets from us. We desire for your funds to be used entirely to solve the problem!

Who is To Be Blamed?
Even that the public is fast to blame the government, we all to be blamed for slow recovery!
It was shocking to see how quickly fear and selfishness became the dominant force within the public.
The public was fast to complain but refused to develop, claim and act on good solutions (such as this project). The public makes things much harder by focusing on the obstacles than on the needs and the goals of the project.
The public must NOT refuse to take actions on the assumption that nobody else cares. Without trust; the public will not do any better in future crises.
The Values, The Project and the War of Iraq
Some of the project's benefits are that it develops strong values and bond between the people. Learn for the reasons I offered the project during the weeks leading to the war of Iraq. It will develop:
* Bond between the public and the government.
* "Have Yes" attitude! (I believe that the recession was caused by the "Have No" attitude)
* Get rid of selfishness!
Positive Confessions
People need to focus on the goals and needs - not on the obstacles.
People must NOT dwell on fears or confess "Have not" or "Can not" statements!
People MUST claim good solutions.
What Next?
The public MUST know and understand the project and be prepared in order to perform better in future crises. My goal is that 100,000 people (including dignitaries and celebrities) would be familiar with the project in order to build some success during the next relevant crisis. I believe that America does not have any better solution.
My vision was to arrange for large groups of hundreds and even thousands of people that would work together in order to CONQUER future crises. Due to the public's apathy we will probably fall short during the next crisis. Still, those who care, should contribute in helping as individuals or small groups in order to develop some awareness for the project, with plans that it will build momentum for future crises. What Is Next?
Personal Message
Normally, people ask for donations with promises that they will perform. I did the opposite: I first developed the project and now I ask for your support. My commitment to help the American public was very costly to me.
This project was NOT my passion but I felt my responsibility. My real passion is Real Estate Fixer upper. I gave it up to commit for this project!
My commitment was based on the principle of NOT leaving anybody behind! I wanted to share my own blessings with the motto "To Do My BEST Without Any Reservations" - I never even thought of doing less!
I treated this project as solving A TOP national problem (based on the people's cry) while giving up my construction business (including my entire tools and car), neglecting professional (with estimated loss of $500K profit) and personal issues, spent about $100K (including my entire savings in Israel), got into $35K debt and lost about 150 credit Pica points.
Friends tell me that I got into trouble because I cared about others before I cared about myself. However, I felt the American public deserved the best help I could give (because of their help to Israel so many times in the past). Unfortunately, it is the lack of care of the public that started a negative cycle that brought my fall.

Appendix
Caring Vs Interests
There is a spiritual battle between acting according to care or according to interests. It will benefit the public to act with Care!
The world is in a spiritual battle in which people will be seduced and even pressured to make decision based on Interests instead on being based on Care, Goodness and the desire to do the right thing.
There are forces within government, finance world, the religions, the media and even the academia that manipulate the public towards the selfish path! This makes this project even more important than what it initially seems to be.
However, this also means that the project has stronger enemies from what one would expect from a project that does only good without almost any risk or cost.
America is in very big danger because most Americans care very little and in any case, most have lost their will to fight. Selfishness and "Everybody for himself" are becoming the dominant spirit in America. With this attitude, overcoming crises would be almost impossible.

To The Minorities
Minorities tend to complain that nobody cares about them. Are they right?
This project cares about minorities, low income and those that are normally left behind. It is time that minorities will - instead of complaining - claim the benefit of this project.
I have a great deal of care to minorities. It is their (Hawaiian and the black communities) pain that led me to neglect so many personal and professional decisions in order to focus on this project. Yet; they themselves show little care towards this project and even towards their own communities. Please share this site with them because they are the first who should support this organization.
