Introduction

This paper is regarding a project that was developed after September 11th with the purpose to boost the morale of America, its travel industry and the entire economy. It was designed to get the people working together in order to over come fears, greed and selfishness.

Till this point this project had not succeeded for dozens of different debates. I wrote books in which I list all the Spiritual, political and social debates. I mention below just number of debates regarding the premises of the project. I hope you and your friends can make them public in teh future.

Let me starrt with an example of an issue regarding Hawaii after September 11th that could be debated:

Hawaii After September 11th

Hawaii has lost many visitors a week (let say for this discussion 40,000) during the months after the event. Those visitors spent on average $270 a day. So that reduction had a huge affect on the Hawaiian economy (as usual, the first to suffer were the employees and small biz owners).

This project was supposed to arrange in such situation about 35,000 visitors a week. However, they would have spent on average only $20-$50 a day.

Obviously; with such numbers you cannot prevent the recession. At best you could delay it for few weeks (some may suggest that even for this sake it is worth the efforts - another issue we could debate about). My suggestions were for them to spend the money ONLY in restaurants, hotels and businesses that commit to avoid layoffs. That money would have been enough to cover those businesses immediate expanses so they would hold on ANY layoffs for few weeks.

The real purpose of this project is NOT to arrange for profit. This is the point that many do not understand. The purpose of this project is to arrange for people!

The premises of my entire project were that once you bring people you bring happiness, high morale and MOST importantly: NORMALITY!. People’ actions is what allows them to prevail over fear and People’ actions allows CARING to prevail over greed and selfishness.

The purpose of the project is to change Momentum!!! Once we stopped the negative momentum that prevailed after September 11th and developed a positive momentum the $270 a day spenders would have returned. However, for that to happen SOON (within few days) we had to execute a project with specific plan of actions! That was what the project was supposed to do and inspire!

I vision such a change of momentum that not only the 40,000 visitors per week had returned but even better: I expected 45,000 such visitors to return. This is how you achieve the 105%-110% recovery. Be stronger compare to before the crises. I never had any doubt that we will achieve more than 105% recovery within extremely short time!

Lets me explain what I mean by 105% recovery: Let assume that travel is a 1 trillion a year industry and due to a change of public's behavior there is a loss of $100B. This project would have prevented the loss and bring about 5% prosperity. That 5% is not of the $100B (When using the project soon enough, we would never even know what loss we have prevented) but of the $1T. This means that the project would have been worth not just $105B but in a fact $150B!

In my books I list number of scenarios in order to debate how and when to compare the 5% improvement. For example: Lets assume a crisis by June 30th that potentially could ruin the travel industry. At first it would appear that our goal would be to use the project to bring about travel industry that is 5% stronger in the first week of July compare to the last week of June. However, if the first week of July is normally 9% stronger than the last week of June we have achieved nothing. Technically, we set goals that will bring about 4% decline. In such scenario we will need to set our goals as 14% improvement in order to establish success of the project.

Apparently, there are people who will argue that by replacing visitors who spend $270 a day with those who spend $20-50 a day you bring no benefits what so ever. For them it is not even worth the try. Unfortunately, the media and the dignitaries that I contacted NEVER even gave me the opportunity for such public debate. I kept trying but never had any success. Let me add here that there are countires in which the attitude and principles of the project have proven to be succesful.

This project is about Attitude, Attitude and Attitude: Positive thinking! Huge part of the problems after September 11th was the attitude of the people. Within hours after the attack people embraced a set of mind that basically begged for layoffs and a recession. I talk in my books about my roommate loosing his jobs 3 days after the attack. That was NOT the result of the recession but to the opposite: it was a contributing act towards the recession. I make the point that the reason I want the Bill Gates and the Trumps to take leadership of the project is not due to their money (the project is cheap) but due to their winning attitude. This is another issue I wanted to debate publicly.

The project is also about setting goals and developing specific path of actions. Those are values that are strongly promoted in successful organizations. Americans are so often winners with regards to those issues. Most of the popular world's motivator speakers are Americans. Unfortunately, their focus is mostly is regarding issues that they have interests in and does not normally applied towards helping the general public of America. Why is that? This is another issue I wanted to debate and change.

By the way: New Orleans (after Hurricane Katrina) was a case that this debate was not even relevant. The scale in which we had to operate this project for the recovery of New Orleans was so much smaller. Not only we could have arranged for enough visitors, but we could have also been selective enough to choose only those who can spend above the average spending of the ”normal” tourists. Even so, government did not want to hear about it – something that made me suspicious that there are hidden agendas against this project.

How Easy Is It?

One more debate regarding the project was "How easy would it have been to arrange for the visitors I promised?" My premises were that it is extremely easy: All government had to do is pass the platoon to the Microsoft, Wal-Mart and Coca-Cola. Let them care of that. My logic was that at time of crises you want to bring your strongest elements to take leadership because within their leaderships are very capable people and very willing (this is my understanding from their statements that they love America - unless those statements are false!).

Many people would say that my suggested project is impossible and not realistic what-so-ever because the corporations would never agree to my request (why not?). Unfortunately, till today nobody gave me a stage to make this debate public (that by itself may raise suspicion).

I get back into this issue below in the "playing devil advocate" section. Are people claim that it is difficult because it is, or is the project became difficult because so many made such statements? I believe that spiritually, the project became difficult because so many people confessed so.

Why have they done so? Because they have played into the hands of those who oppose the project. That is very sad because ultimately, until this point they have the upper hand. My desire was that good would prevail.

All this said, the principles of this project are so easy (when the people desire for recovery) that many have been used successfully many times in the past without any marketing budget, legislation or without even announcing official project. Ironically, it is the fact that at times it was executed so "automatically" that it is difficult to even show documentation. There are societies (including America in number of situations before) that have embraced a mentality that helped them triumph after disasters.

Unfortunately, after September 11th and Hurricane Katrina America has given in into the enemy that wants to bring America down. As a result, the American people caused two bad situations to have even worse effect than they should have!

On the surface, those who appose the project bring the argument that this project would cost the corporations too much (issue I talk below in teh "playing devil advocate" section). However, in reality, this project would cost them drastically less from what they give in any case to charities after crises.

People use the phrase that one needs money in order to make money. This is not always true. At times people need character (attitude + Actions) in order to make money. This project would cause for such fantastic results not due to money invested in her (it was the cheapest project available in any case), but rather due to the character that it promotes and inspires for.

In any case this project is by far cheaper than having to deal with layoffs, recessions and loss of morale!

One thing I can say for sure: the more negative you begin and the longer you wait with the recovery the more difficult the recovery will be. The best scenario is to start strong and positive and prevent any decline. Than we could start straight with the 5% prosperity.

Ironically, being inexpensive is what killed the project (this is another issue that I am interested to publicly debate about). Governments want expansive projects because their success depends on how much they allow the special interests to profit! The more expansive is the project, the greater waste (= profit for the special interests) there is.

Politicians talk as if they are Rambos on steroids but eventually act like wimps on sleeping pills. So often good solutions are so difficult for them to achieve. It is the public that ends up being short changed.

Another debate regarding New Orleans was about my statement that even that this project focuses on boosting the travel industry; it will have such a fantastic success that it will inspire a fantastic rebuilding of the entire city of New Orleans. I believe that when bringing positive and successful spirit into one field it will shine on other fields. Of course there will be those of will debate against me also on this issue.

In this regard I have to mention here that I tried to promote the project during the months leading to the war of Iraq. I did NOT get involved with the issue whatever to go to war or not. However, I believed that if there is a decision to go to war than America MUST win it.
I happen to believe that wars you win by the strength of the people – not the military alone (another issue that people could debate me about). My concern was that if the American people would not be spiritually involved in the war (meaning if it will be the politician’s war instead of the people’s war) than things will get difficult (I actually used the term American Lebanon). I mention this because this was a situation in which I did not promote the project for economic reasons what so ever but rather in order to build a bond between the people, government and the war (Attitude, Attitude and Attitude). However, the offices of very important politicians "inspired" me to quickly get off the case.

Why Didn't I Quit? - The personal Debate

There were many issues that could be debated about the project. many of my stetments are completely "Outside The Box" and presents thoughts that mainstream media and governments would never touch (this by itself is an issue to debate why).

However, there are also debates regarding my own actions and style. Let me share one of them right now: "Why didn't I quit much earlier?" Part of the answer is because I made three crucial mistakes that prevented me to see a very important truths:

One: The American public was NOT committed to strong recovery as they pretended to be. People make many statements after crises not due to sincere desire for recovery but in order to appear caring. Once they achieve this "(their P.R) they neglect to commit for true solutions.
I believe that many of the cries of the people are actually provoked by the special interests in order to justify huge bailouts. Therefore,once they received those bailouts the public slowly give up on seeking other solutions. The bottom line is that I over estimated the people's desire for the strongest possible solutions. I was under strong impression that I was serving the people's will!

Two: I overestimated the patriotism level of the Americans who serve in governments. I promoted it mostly towards politicians at all places and levels in America (4 departments of the White House, all previous presidents - including two family members of Ronald Regan) towards governors, senators, mayors and many other American dignitaries (including media personal, celebrities, sport personal, etc). I even contacted dignitaries in Israel with a request to help America. In addition, I contacted people in Israel who personally know Bill Gates, Trump and Giuliani.

Unfortunately, I completely underestimated this project conflict with the Special interests. I thought that I was contacting people who will do everything for America. Instead, they were probably thinking about myself "what the fxxx; is he trying to ruin our relationships with the corporations and the bankers?" Therefore, all my communications were for vain. Even worse, in their eyes my efforts were annoying (and maybe even threatening) actions and therefore, instead of me bringing blessings to others, they brought curse to me. Needless to say that none of the politicians that I contacted would care to give positive testimonial about my efforts.

Three: I believed that I was working on extremely important project that would bring relief to millions of Americans! I wanted to help and therefore I was focused on that - not on my personal situation.

Let puts things in proportion: How much did the recession after September 11th cost America? We are talking in tens of billions of Dollars. This project could have saved it all. Adding to this is my own belief that if the American public will not commit and work together future crises will cause even greater devastation to the morale and the economy; not to mention the social affects that fear, worry, layoffs and recession can have over the public. This project will prevent fear from taking over again.

I happen to believe in prophecy according to scripture. I have no doubt that America is facing even worse crises in the future. However, crises hurt the body. It is the reaction that could hurt the soul. The real danger for society is by embracing selfishness, apathy, greed, fear, etc.

The focus of this project is to work on the characters of the people AFTER crises. This project is first of all about GOODNESS. Then inspiring people to look at the big picture beyond their small world. Inspire them to act above the circumstances - not to be bondage by the circumstances, but rather prevail above them! For many years I refused to quit because I though that this was extremely important. I still think it is very important. However, most Americans are completely apathy concerning those issues.

Many people within the American governments (including the heads of both the Republican and Democratic parties, the offices of Howard Dean, Newt Gingrich, Senator Kerry, Senator Lieberman, Governor of Hawaii, The Tourist Bureaus of Hawaii and New Orleans and more) have even "encouraged" me to quit. However, they never even cared to suggest any better alternative that will ensure the American recovery in the future. Therefore, I had no choice but to ignore their "encouragments". I completely disagreed with them (nice way of saying that I was completely disgusted with them) for settling for anything less than the BEST recovery possible. For that reason I never even thought of following their advice.

Originally this was not even my project. It was merely my ideas that I wanted the private sector to take leadership over and turn it into their and the public's project. All I asked the politicians to do was to set goals and address the public and the private sector to take action. Only few months after Hurricane Katrina, when I realized that government are not serving the people, I reluctantly (because I was trying to get a $250K Real Estate deal and few construction jobs - which I had to wave for the sake of this project) took it over as my project (only temporary until the American public and the private sector would take over - something that had yet to happen).

For the record: I was sure that I am representing the "so called American Spirit" (another debate is if such thing even exists anymore) and therefore, the idea of quitting appeared to me completely inappropriate! I was aware that I am loosing money but I was sure that since it is for important cause people would help me back later.

Not to be mistaken: I wanted to get paid and even tried to raise funds on number of occasions. However, at NO time did I even think of putting payment as a condition to help. My focus was always to help FIRST. Later there will always be - so I thought - plenty of good Samaritans who will help me back.

Specific Ideas

Through the years I have published number of sites and articles about the project. Some of the information may even be too technically. Still, I ask you to read Part Two in the web site of the non-profit organization "Emergency Travel Infusion, Inc" (it is not active anymore). Part Two includes principles and number of specific ideas that were relevant to Hawaii after September 11th and to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. I hope this inspire you for the recovery of future crises.

We just have to remember that we cannot legislate any part of the project. It is based on the motivations of the public and the special interests. This is the reason we need to be even more caring. Caring will bring inspiration, set ambitious goals and plans that will bring strong actions and solutions.

I treated this project as my gift to the American people and therefore, it should be free. Yet, the downside of this is that most people read it without any respect. They do not value it and do not even try to understand it.

Most people will have to read it twice and even 3 times before they will understand it. This is because it is based on values that are contrary to the once that the special interests are promoting. I hope that you would put your efforts into studding and embracing some of the ideas, principles and the attitude.

Playing/Being Devil Advocate

As much as this project supposed to bring ample of blessings to the American people, people's first reaction is to "play" devil advocate (why are they doing so?). My request is to stop!

There is a difference between person that evaluates all the aspects of the project and those who just against it but ashamed to admit that and therefore, pretend to "play" devil advocate.

This project will never succeed if people will just make up extreme arguments against it. I personally believe that this is one of the dominant reasons that this project never received a public debate: people want to hide as "playing devil advocate" and not be exposed as "being devil advocate".

Let me refer here to the two most common arguments:

A. The project is too dangerous. You cannot send people into dangerous areas.

I happen to agree with the second part of the arguments and even made it very clear from the beginning that it should not be used into asking anybody to take dangerous risks. After September 11th I would personally not suggested that people would go to Ground Zero until the air was to clear up. However, there was nothing dangerous about using the project towards helping the travel industries of Hawaii, San Francisco, Florida and even other parts of N.Y. People kill the project by clenching to extreme worse case scenario.

This was also true about New Orleans: it was dangerous to travel in New Orleans for many weeks and even inappropriate - I understood that. However, it was obvious (to me at least) that there would be a point within few months when it would be the right time to strengthen their travel industry. I wanted to prepare for that and then - and ONLY then - use the project in order to bring the fastest and strongest recovery possible.

The motto of the project is to bring recovery Immediate, Fast and Strong. However, there are times that the immediate (like as in New Orleans) was not the right thing to do. OK. But why abandon the fast and strong when the time is appropriate?

We offer number of plans of actions at different levels. We invite each member of the public to participate in the one that they feel most comfortable with. I feel strongly about making those options available and arranging for leadership that will inspire the people to act in the best way for America.

There are politicians that are against the project and will always present the worse case scenario against it pretending to just be innocent "Playing Devil Advocate". It is time that they will STOP.

B. The corporations will never take place in it because it will cost them too much money.

It is very easy for politicians to take the side of the corporations when so many avarage people loose their jobs or struggling with great loss of income. However, I would go even further and say that their arguments are not just immoral but also incorrect. This project would have cost corporations even less from what they give to charity after disaster.

As a matter of fact, since all we do is provide templates and ask for participation, the corporations themselves can package their deals according to the budget that they set. They could even package their deals in such ways that they make money! For example:

A company with 20,000 employees could arrange 10,000 one-week travel deals that normally cost $1,000 for $500. They could easily arrange for line of credit to pay the $5M and pay it back in 2% anually. Then they could present to their employees the following announcement:

"We have arrange for the next 10 weeks 1,000 deals a week to location X including transportation and 6 night hotel for the price of $600 per person. Even better news: We will pay $50 per person and you will have to put only $50 down. We even arranged you to pay the remaining $500 at only 5% (many of us pay credit cards at 9%-29%) annually in 5 equal monthly payments. More so, we were planning due to the latest crisis to lay off 1,000 employees. However, now we have decided that as long as there are 1,000 takers a week for this travel package we will not have any layoffs for the next 10 weeks."

Lets see the situation now: The company builds an excellent P.R as helping their employees with $0.5M donation while profiting $0.5M from their employees and profit additional 3% on $5M within 5 months. They also avoided great headache by preventing layoffs for 10 weeks (while pretending that they are doing this for the employees' sake) with plans that this project will kick in a 105% recovery much sooner.

I do not like the option above. I think it is even sleazy. However, it is completely legal. All we can do is offer templates and inspire for action. Each company will have to package their own deals.

Smart people will immediately notice that between the scenario above and between the claims of the "devil advocates" as if this project will cause the companies to loose their pans there is a huge middle ground. I do NOT want the companies to loose their pans (it would be bad for America), but rather trust the companies to come with sensible win/win/win solutions for themselves, for the employees and for America.

The statement above includes one of the most important principles of the project: replace the "Have Not" atmosphere with "Have Yes" atmosphere. This alone will not bring prosperity. However, it is the first crucial phase in a process that ultimately will bring prosperity.

I am frustrated because so far those pretend to be "innocent devil advocates" have the upper hand. The project needs your help in rebuking them and their negative attitude. Once those debates come public many of the head of the corporations will joyfully embrace this project - I believe so with all my heart!

In addition, I believe that once those debates become public and the T.V cameras will start rolling, many of those "innocent devil advocates" will not dare make their arguments due to embarrassment!

My Current Situation

The only thing that eventually caused me to quit was by 2008, when I realized that the problem are not just the politicians but actually the people themselves that have little desire for strong recovery (another issue that we should debate why).

I was crushed to learn by 2008 that most people thought that I should have quitted years earlier. However, I broke down when I realized that they count the project and my efforts as nothing. As a result, I was completely left in the cold.

I still believe that, if given the opportunity, I would have won most - if not all - the debates above. Still, it appears that the American public is not even interested in such opportunity.

The project cost my family and myself more than $100K including my entire savings and credit. Now I am seeking caring Americans that will help me back. I know in my heart that there are many Americans that would love to help me back - if they had just known about my efforts and my own care towards them. I ask for a fair chance to reach out for such people. Please share this page with others.

I leave to Israel by January 2010. I would like to mentally and financially resolve this issue by the end of 2009 so I can start a healthy new beginning. I thank anybody with the desire to bring blessings back into my life.

My Fantasy List

In my worst dreams I never ever imagined that I would ever have to ask help from others. I did my best to help many people and I assumed that when needed people would jump to offer their help back. Sadly (for myself), this has not been the case. Therefore, I will make my needs known below.

I spiritually believe that Goodness should cause goodness and justice. I believe that this is one of the main reasons there are elements within society that are against the project. Unfortunately, they have prevailed so far.

I am frustrated because at this point this project was not concluded with goodness and justice - towards America and myself.

Regarding America: I am passing the platoon towards who ever desire to take it. Regarding myself is the time for me to reach out for those who are wiling to bring care, goodness and justice into my life.

Some friends have insulted me by suggesting that I did all my work just to be rewarded. I did not. I did this because I wanted to succeed in something that would bring blessings to millions. However, needless to say that I never wanted to fail and become homeless and broke just because that the people who I was so hard trying to help never cared.

What I am not seeking is sympathy (action that it designed to benefit the ego and feelings of the giver and help the giver get rid of guilt). I received plenty of sympathy. I need care and true love (actions that are designed to benefit and build the receiver).

I do ask people not to jump and make negative statements. I want a fair chance to reach out to those who could help me back. If you are not one of them than just please wish me the best success. There is no need to play "Devil advocate" on my back. I always wished the best for the American people with all my heart and I ask you to do the same.

All my confessions for the past 8 years were towards empowering and bringing blessings towards the American people. I would like to know that the American people do the same towards my own recovery - on all aspects.

There is a list of dignitaries that I would like them to know about my situation - through testimony of good heart. I had no problem giving them testimony about the needs of America. Obviously, I do not feel comfortable doing this about myself. I ask others to do this for my sake.

This brings an important question: Would you help me even if I am wrong about the debates above or would you condition your help on first resolving those debates on my favor - something that could take years if ever? For 7 years my focus was on helping America. I ask you now not to condition your support on the success of the project. The American people will have to show much stronger commitment before this project will ever succeed.

A. I want to raise $40,000 for my family. This is as much as their support for my work on the project cost them. They always beleived that this project is important.

B. I want to raise $13,000 to pay number of American friends that supported me while working on this project.

C. I want to start a food related business in Israel. For that I am interested in purchasing in the USA 5 machines with their related supplies. Each Unit (including shipping to Israel and tax) would cost about $6,000. I can provide specific information to serious parties so one could pay the vendor directly. They have number of different packages for me at costs ranging from $500 to $6,000. I will be very grateful for any support that you will give.

D. I would never know how much the project cost me. I basically used most of my profit from Real Estate deals (after tax), my entire savings and credit and most of my earnings from construction in the past 8 years in order to support myself while working on the project. That is more than $100,000 - NOT including a $250K profit Real Estate deal and other construction projects that I waved in order to focus on helping New Orleans. I would like to raise at least $100,000 to give me a nice start in Israel without becoming a burden on family and friends.

The last 2 years have been very depressing and humiliating for me. I know that caring people can help me turn it around so I can go to Israel on positive note and start a winning beginning.

Please pass this message to people of means who could and would appreciate the project and my work on it.

The testimonial towards the potential good Samaritans is extremely important. When I gave testimonials regarding the needs of the travel industry or of the people of New Orleans I spoke as if they are my brothers and sisters. That is how one supposed to talk about someone they care about!

E. I stopped promoting the project because it became a mantel burden and even a curse for my life. However, I wish there are others that can see the benefits that it would provide millions of people in the future. I find it sad that so many people lost their jobs and suffer much more than they should have after previous crises. I wish others will do much better job packaging and presenting the project and then promoting and leading it.

For years I was very positive about governments. My tone has changed ONLY by 2007 after learning how sinister governments could be. It is ironic that now I express strong anti-government opinions. Those opinions are in conflict with what mainstream academia, politicians and religions teach. But then; you could ask: "how come they did not prevent the mass layoffs and the recession after September 11th?". Even so, it is a bi-partisan project that was designed to help ALL governments serve the people.

However, two piece of advice for those who may consider working on this project:

1) MUST make sure that the people desire, confess and claim the goals and are willing to take actions. Merely, complains, "wish statements" and sympathy are NOT enough. Do not fall in the same trap that I fell.

Without the people's sincere desire this project would never succeed.

Remind you; checking that the people really desire strong recovery was the first thing that I checked because I am fully aware to the spiritual laws regarding the issues. Still, I miserably failed with my evaluation. I came to a conclusion that the people indeed desire strong recovery when they did not. I continued with this mistake until beginning of 2008.

Why did I make this mistake? Because I made emotional decisions instead of testing the sincerity of the people. I actually remember that nobody ever confessed and claimed the goals the I presented. Instead, I just expressed to people what I am trying to achieve and all they said was "ok", "great", "we wish you luck", and many other statements of sympathy. They never specifically said: "we want so and so results". Therefore, it was easy for them to back out of their support.

2) It is possible that you will not be able to relay on government. At times you will have to by-pass them all together. Make sure that you have strong support from the people (back to my first advice).
